Who We Are AND What We Do?

Updated: Feb 1, 2023

All of our US immigration lawyers are bilingual and can speak your native language.

We are an immigration law firm that focuses on E2 visa applications. Our team of professionals have been working on providing help and advice to people who want to come to live and work in the U.S. All of our services are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs and expectations. We help our clients realize their American dreams by applying for E2 visas and help building their own business, new or existing, achieving financial growth by offering well-rounded support.

What is an E2 Visa?

The E-2 Treaty Investor Visa is part of the U.S. visas available to citizens or nationals of 80+ countries that have trade treaties with the United States.

Individuals with significant funds to invest can come to the U.S. with an E2 visa to set up a business, or purchase an existing business and operate it. Even though E2 visa is only valid for 5 years through the Consulate Process, such visa can be renewed and extended indefinitely or for as long as the E2 business is viable. E2 visa is the most affordable and efficient way for people who want to pursue their American dreams.

How Much Investment is Needed?

The regulations are completely unclear on an exact investment amount for E2 visa. The investment has to be substantial for the type of business you choose to invest in. As a general rule, we recommend our clients have a minimum of $150,000 USD to invest, but again this number heavily depends upon the industry you are in. Our business consultant will help you find or start a business that best suits your personal talents and budgets, and offer advice on building your business.

What Happens if my E2 Visa is Denied?

We have different ways to protect your money in the unlikely event of an E2 visa denial. Our professional team is confident in providing you with the support needed in securing and building a business that will not only increase the approval rate of E2 visa application but also strengthen the success of E2 business.

Family of E-2 Visa Holders

The E2 visa may also cover the applicant’s spouse and other immediate family members (i.e., unmarried children under 21). The spouse may work anywhere without any limitations, and the children are eligible for public schools. (Family need not come from the same country as the E2 visa holder.)

Consulate Process vs. Change of Status

E2 visa is obtained through the Consulate Process at your home country. E2 Status may also be obtained through Change of Status with the USCIS while remaining in the U.S. The difference is E2 visa obtained through Consular Post is valid for 5 years, and visa holders are free to travel in and out of the U.S. at anytime without any restrictions, while E2 status granted by USCIS only last for 2 years and once the E2 status holder leaves the U.S., he/she can not enter the U.S. again unless applying for E2 visa again at the Consular Post. Which way is the better option depends upon your personal needs and situations. Book NOW for your 15 minutes free legal consultation to help you make an informed decision.
